What are your delivery / courier rates?

Our rates are calculated based on the billable weight, the service option and the shipment type.  The rates depend on the specific services requested and the destination point of delivery.

How do you track my shipment?

Our service includes a complete tracking service. Prepare shipments, track deliveries and send customer notifications 24 hours a day. Use our electronic services to prepare, send and track shipments and reduce manual paperwork, costs and time. 

Can I get a proof of delivery?

Yes, you can call our customer service team requesting a proof of delivery or track your shipment online.
 

What information is required when I order?

We will require the following for the sender and the receiver:       

Contact Name
Company Name
Full address including postal code and telephone 
The type and service required

 Are delivery requests able to be placed online?

Yes, through our provided contact us form. We will need the general information as listed above. Our customer services team will process you request and contact you for further information and confirmation.
